Perfect Relaxation After Ski Days

The studio apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and offered fine mountain views. Enjoyable sauna sessions were a highlight, and the breakfast buffet had a diverse selection.

The location required a lengthy and dark walk back from town, and noise from other guests was noticeable. Maintenance on some amenities, like the spa, was needed .

Spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodated our group. The spa facilities, especially the pool, were a relaxing way to unwind after skiing. The shuttle service to the slopes was not very reliable, and the kitchen required extra charges for utensils.

I don't have to say nothing!Was so nice!In my opinion I want to say :When were there service people were so nice an they sad us: Sorry we don't have a studio room ,but we have a very good apartment for you!Was a new ,and we were a first happy guest in this room,with two bads ,two bad- rooms and..and....that's all about two person .. was to much...thank a lot ....was perfect!!!!!!And I must to say we check out on 15:00 pm...excellent..

Clean hotel, services were exceptional and location was good on the mountain in the middle of the national park.

Rooms are quite spacious, and the pool and sauna are a lovely way to unwind after skiing. Nicky at the ski shop is a gem-helped us with our rentals like a pro! A solid place for a cozy stay.

But oh darling, a 15-minute stroll to the slopes? The staff could learn a thing or two about smiles-you'd think they were training for a grumpy Olympics!

The room was new and well decorated, they have good but very expensive breakfast (16 leva) and a very tasty chocolate dessert at their restaurant. The spa was good and especially the heating chairs which I totally recomend after an exchausting ski day. Although I have stayed in other hotels in bansko and the spa was better.

The hotel refers to a parking which I thought would be safe but instead was just a stoney area on the road opposite the hotel. If you are old or if you have moving problems dont stay here, they dont even have the european safety standards in the bathroom and the bathtub (My mother broke her leg in the bathtub during our stay. And she is 45, imagine what could happen to someone older.) and the other shower was floating everytime we tried to use it. And no phone in the room, no way to contact the reseption. Generally even if the hotel looks and seems new it has a sense of abandonment. And the most important no internet! You can surf the web only at the reception area from a signal of a nearby hotel because Saint George Internet is not connecting and even if it was working there is no signal inside the room. Also the free transfer to the village because its 18 min walking to there is only from 8-12 every hour and only to the ski center.

Very good place to spend your winter holiday, close to ski slopes, clean and spacy rooms, good spa.. Very cheap. Similar hotel in other EU countries we paid triple. We will come again

We have apart. for 4 persons, but sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my children

the spa area is extensive with a large pool and relaxing whirlpool. the beds could be more comfortible.

The stuff is extremely friendly , nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice idea, but the realization is not so good. There are many good things-the lobby looks nice, but is not cleaned regularly , the spa is big with all the needed things, but the pool is too cold and also the spa is a bit dirty, the rooms are big enough, but too empty. Th location- like you are in the woods, but a bit too far from the restaurants, because we have never used the one in the hotel.

The common areas are dirty and also cold.The water in the pool is cold. We good absolutely different rooms for the same price rate.

Wonderful Family Getaway with Great Amenities!

Our four-night stay offered us spacious accommodation, perfect for our family with children. The hotel had a cozy swimming pool, and we enjoyed afternoons lounging in the outdoor area. Dinner on-site was good, though arriving early is a must as the food service ended at 21:00.

SPA zone is good, rooms are new and well set. Location is great: in a quite area with mountains view. Good staff at restaurant.

Cleaning services is the issue: about room cleaning we complained several times and got it done but about common zone we noticed that during 7 days there were no cleaning at all... Start time for breakfast is at 8.00 which was late for our family.

Big and bright apartment. Very good restaurant. Free spa center.

The apartment was not as clean as it should be for such hotel.

Loved the large pool and spa area, and the massages were great! The view from the room was amazing.

The studio that 4 of us stayed in had 2 bathrooms but only one of them had a toilet - the other was missing one! The only functional one was leaking so we had to change rooms (after a whole day of the hotel not making an effort to fix it although we had notified them). Both rooms had no bathrobes and the second (replacement) one had not even towels. The hotel staff were friendly but could not produce results (i.e. basic service representative of a 4-star hotel). The hotel's wi-fi network was out of range on the 4th floor where we stayed.
